This bulky Monessen 30 inch ventless Berkley Oak log set will bring that old drafty fireplace alive again with it's robust yellow flames and replicated glowing ash ember-bed. The Berkley Oak log sets are offered in two different type materials, ceramic fiber which is great for transferring radiant heat out into the room and refractory that allow for a more detail look. One is no better than the other but some people have a personal opinion.
This set is offered in remote ready meaning you can add a simple on / off remote, thermostat remote or simply connect it to a wall thermostat or wall switch. Also offered with a IntelliFire Plus control valve that come with the RC300 multi-function remote control that will light the pilot light, adjust the flame height and act as a thermostat.
